酒莊沿用了山形自家的米種出羽燦燦,釀造出帶鳳梨、草莓果實香氣的純米大吟釀。果香的口感,略微的酸性,平穩而纖細爽朗。尾段依依以圓潤細滑作結。

奥羽自慢早於 1724 年創立,位處於日本山形縣鶴岡市內,其造酒場以「佐藤仁佐衛門酒造場」命名。酒莊一直以日本國內銷售為主,社長於 2018 年,創立原品牌奧羽自慢以外的新品牌「吾有事」。同年將奥羽自慢酒莊之銷售層面,由日本國內推廣至香港、澳門等大中華地區。奥羽自慢用自家的土地釀酒,堅持百分百使用山形縣的米,講究只釀造純米級數的清酒。近年,奥羽自慢亦開始積極栽植葡萄及釀製葡萄酒,並計劃在山形縣設立葡萄酒廠「HOCCA WINERY」。
